1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Publisher,” or “Advertiser”) and InstallPPI (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the InstallPPI pay-per-install advertising platform, website, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By clicking “Sign Up,” “Register,” or similar buttons, or by otherwise accessing or using the Service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

To use InstallPPI you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract.
• Not be barred from using the Service under applicable law.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or entity at our sole discretion.

3. Publisher Terms

3.1 Account Approval

Publisher accounts are subject to review and approval. We evaluate submitted website URLs for quality, content type, and traffic legitimacy. Approval is not guaranteed and may be revoked at any time if your account or traffic no longer meets our standards.

3.2 Traffic Quality

Publishers are solely responsible for the quality and legitimacy of traffic they send through InstallPPI links. You agree to send only genuine, human-originated traffic. The following traffic types are strictly prohibited:

• Automated, bot, or script-generated clicks or installs.
• Traffic originating from VPNs, proxies, Tor exit nodes, or data center IP ranges where the intent is to simulate real user activity.
• Self-generated installs (installing on your own machines or those of affiliates).
• Incentivized installs where users are paid, coerced, or misled into installing software.
• Traffic derived from malware, adware, or any unauthorized software distribution.

3.3 Button & Link Usage

Publishers may only distribute InstallPPI tracking links and download buttons on websites and properties they own or control, for which they have obtained necessary rights. Links must not be embedded in email spam, pop-up abusive advertising, or deceptive content.

3.4 Accurate Representation

Publishers must not misrepresent the nature of the software being distributed. Download buttons and surrounding copy must not be deceptive about what the user is downloading or installing.

4. Advertiser Terms

4.1 Software Compliance

Advertisers must ensure that all software submitted for distribution complies with applicable laws and platform policies. Submitted software must:

• Not contain malware, viruses, spyware, ransomware, or any malicious code.
• Not make unauthorized changes to system settings, browser configurations, or other software.
• Display a clear, accurate installation UI that does not deceive the end user.
• Include a functional uninstaller accessible via standard OS mechanisms (e.g., Windows “Add or Remove Programs”).
• Comply with Google's Unwanted Software Policy and applicable antivirus industry standards.

4.2 Review Process

All submitted installers are reviewed by our team before being made available to publishers. We reserve the right to reject or remove any software that in our sole judgment violates these Terms or poses a risk to end users or platform reputation.

4.3 Billing

Advertisers agree to maintain a sufficient prepaid balance to cover the cost of installs. We reserve the right to pause campaigns when balances fall below required thresholds.

5. Prohibited Conduct

All users of InstallPPI agree not to:

• Engage in any fraudulent activity intended to generate invalid clicks, installs, or earnings.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from InstallPPI software or the installer stub.
• Use the platform to distribute software that violates any local, national, or international law.
• Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to third parties.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the platform, including anti-fraud measures.
• Use automated tools to scrape, query, or stress-test our APIs beyond normal usage.
• Misrepresent your identity, website, or traffic sources during registration or in any communications with us.

6. Payments & Payouts

6.1 Publisher Earnings

Publishers earn a per-install commission for each validated install generated through their tracking links. Rates are defined per offer and communicated in the publisher dashboard. Rates may change with reasonable notice.

6.2 Validation

An install is “validated” when our system receives both an INSTALL_STARTED signal and an INSTALL_COMPLETED signal within a realistic time window, originating from a non-fraudulent IP address and a non-cooling HWID. Installs that fail validation are not credited.

6.3 Payout Schedule

Validated earnings are aggregated and become eligible for payout on a weekly basis. The minimum payout threshold is $10. Payments are sent via PayPal, Bitcoin, or bank wire transfer at your election.

6.4 Fraud Clawback

If fraud is detected in earnings that have already been paid out, we reserve the right to deduct the corresponding amount from future earnings or to demand repayment. Persistent or willful fraud will result in account termination and referral to law enforcement.

6.5 Disputed Earnings

If you believe your earnings have been calculated incorrectly, you must notify us within 30 days of the relevant payment period. We will investigate and, if an error is confirmed, correct it in the following payment cycle.

7. Fraud & Anti-Abuse Policy

InstallPPI employs a multi-layered anti-fraud system including:

• HWID Cooling Periods: A given Hardware ID cannot trigger a paid conversion for the same offer within 7 days of a prior credited install.
• IP Rate Limiting: Excessive install attempts from a single IP address within a short window are flagged and may be invalidated.
• VPN / Data Center Detection: Traffic originating from known VPN exit nodes or data center IP ranges is not eligible for install credits.
• Double-Ping Validation: Installs are only credited if both start and completion signals are received within a realistic install time window (10 seconds to 5 minutes).
• VM / Sandbox Detection: The installer stub performs environment checks. Installs detected in virtual machines, sandboxes, or debugger-attached environments are not credited.

We reserve the right to adjust, withhold, or reverse earnings that our systems or manual review determine to be fraudulent or of suspicious origin, at our sole discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and materials on the InstallPPI platform are the property of InstallPPI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Publishers and advertisers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the InstallPPI tracking links, embed codes, and installer stub solely for the purpose of participating in the PPI network as described in these Terms. Any other use is prohibited.

You retain ownership of your own website content. However, by submitting software for distribution (Advertisers) or by embedding our links (Publishers), you grant us the rights necessary to perform the services described herein.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee any specific level of earnings for publishers.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INSTALLPPI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims related to the Service exceed the greater of (a) the total amount paid to or by you via InstallPPI in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. You may close your account by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You violate these Terms.
• We detect fraud or abuse attributable to your account.
• You provide false information during registration or otherwise.
• We determine, at our sole discretion, that your participation poses a risk to the platform or other users.

Upon termination, any earned and unpaid balance may be forfeited if the termination was due to policy violations or fraud. Otherwise, duly earned balances above the minimum payout threshold will be paid out within 30 days of account closure.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction, as applicable.

You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against InstallPPI.
