The rumors about much-anticipated Apple iPhone 7 and the iPhone 7 Plus are a flooding tide. Now the latest leak by KGI’s Ming-Chi Kuo, who is considered as one of the most reliable analysts of Apple, has revealed that all iPhone 7 Plus variants will be equipped with a 5.5-inch display, 3GB of RAM, and dual camera setup at the back and the differentiation would only be the storage, just like it has always been.
Dual-camera setup to become a must have feature for high-end smartphone. We expect Apple will fully adopt this technology on the new 5.5-inch iPhone in 2H16 to maintain its leading position in the high-end market, a report by 9TO5Mac quoted Kuo as saying.
This technology has already featured on HTC’s One M8, the One M9 Plus as well as HTC Butterfly 2. If you are wondering how this dual-camera setup functions, then it is quite simple to understand. One camera is used to capture the photograph and other functions like a depth sensor by adding DSLR-like effects to the pictures.
Apart from this, another leak by Nowhereelse has claimed that iPhone 7 will include a 3.5mm jack. The leaked images posted by this website showcased a comparison of the alleged circuit board of iPhone 7 with that of iPhone 6s. And surprisingly, they looked the same. Apart from this, the images also revealed that the iPhone 7 will also be equipped with a standard Lightning connector.
